Our Story
Yiwu Aixue Clothing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015 in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province — one of the world's largest hubs for textile and apparel manufacturing. What began as a small workshop producing knitwear accessories has grown into a specialized manufacturer with a dedicated production line for ear muffs and cold-weather headwear. In 2023, we launched Vailorio as a direct-to-consumer brand to bring our factory-grade quality and manufacturing expertise straight to customers in the United States, cutting out unnecessary markups from traditional retail channels while maintaining strict quality control at the source.
What We Make
Every Vailorio ear muff is designed with one goal: keeping your ears warm without sacrificing comfort, fit, or style. Our current product range includes:

All materials — including plush fleece linings, memory-foam padding, and adjustable steel-core headbands — are selected and tested in-house at our Yiwu facility before mass production. We control every stage of the process, from raw material sourcing to stitching and final quality inspection, which allows us to keep our prices lower than comparable retail brands while maintaining consistent quality across every batch.
