Thank you for shopping with Vailorio. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States. Please read the details below before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more (before tax).
- Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping fee of $6.99, regardless of order size or weight.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states) only. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any address outside of the United States. If your order is placed with an ineligible shipping address, our customer service team will contact you to arrange a resolution, which may include order cancellation and a full refund.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our fulfillment center within the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Daily Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be picked, packed, and prepared for shipment before it leaves our fulfillment center.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location within the contiguous United States. Total delivery time (processing + transit) is generally 4-9 business days from the date the order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your state and local tax rates and will be added to your order total prior to payment. The exact tax amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Vailorio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you via email to confirm the correct address. Once confirmed, we will reship your order; however, a re-shipping fee may apply depending on the circumstances.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
