Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") carefully before using the Vailorio website (the "Site") or purchasing any products through it. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "user," or "customer") and Vailorio, operated by Yiwu Aixue Clothing Co., Ltd. ("Vailorio," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Business Days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
1. Eligibility
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you offer to purchase the products at the prices stated. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our available payment methods. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping
Shipping is available to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States only, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the conditions stated in that policy. Please contact us before returning any items.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Vailorio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vailorio and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in that order.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vailorio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you have any dispute, complaint, or concern, please first contact our customer service team at service@vailorio.com. We will investigate and respond with a resolution proposal within a reasonable time.
Any unresolved legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For orders placed before the effective date of any changes, the version of Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
